The Bronzeville neighborhood is part of a large food desert on Chicago's South Side.  But large, corporate supermarkets come with their own set of problems.  The Geode Co-Op brings necessities to an underserved community while supporting local business by bringing together a collection of entrepreneurs.  Unassuming from the outside, the interior is a filled with life, color and community.
